Services
We’ve developed a suite of support services to help you certify your business with the Washington State Office of Minority & Women’s Business Enterprises and make the most of your certification.
Certification Preparation
Our certification experts will work with you to prepare all necessary forms and paperwork—all you need to do is submit your application!
Step 1: Intake Call
Schedule an intake call with one of our certification specialists. We’ll answer all of your questions and provide an overview of the certification process so that you can save time while you prepare your application. If you have any questions, your certification specialist will be happy to help!
Step 2: Prepare Documents
Gathering the necessary business information takes some time, but it’s worth the effort. You’ll need to provide supporting documents that show your company’s ownership structure, finances, and products/services. This ensures that only businesses that qualify are certified, and helps other government agencies find you in the certified business directory.
Step 3: Application Review
Your certification specialist will review your application materials to ensure you’re ready to apply for certification. We’ll help you address any issues or concerns that may delay your certification so you can start bidding on government contracts as a diverse supplier.
Step 4: Submit Your Application
After our final review, you’ll be ready to submit your application to OMWBE. We’ll provide you with links to the certification application and you’ll enjoy a $0 application fee for working with us.
Education & Training
As you go through the certification process, our team wil provide helpful resources, training guides, and assistance to help you find and bid on public agency projects.

As a certified minority- or women-owned small business, you’ll have access to these benefits and more:
